When you want to sleep on a flight it can be difficult with all of the ambient light around you in the cabin. Bring an eye mask with you so that you can block out the light around you and sleep soundly. Consider one that has small pockets where your eyes are so that it is not pressing on your eyes uncomfortably. The eye mask will help you feel like you are in your own little world so that you can drift off soundly to sleep.
