Although some international flights out there serve free booze, it is not a good idea to resort to alcohol to help you sleep. It is not only a depressant, but it will also dehydrate you. There is nothing enjoyable about waking up at your destination groggy and dehydrated. Instead, you should be drinking water to keep yourself refreshed, hydrated and feeling good.
