They say laughter is the best medicine and it’s just what the doctor ordered for a staycation. Laughter relaxes your muscles and helps relieve stress and tension in the body. This would be a great chance to check out a local comedy club or watch some stand-up on TV. Netflix has a bunch of stand-up specials from comedians like Louis C.K., Jim Gaffigan and Zach Galifianakis. Or, if you feel like having some human interaction, call up a funny friend and laugh till you both cry.
