3. Give out Compliments
There are many benefits when partners give out sincere encouragement and compliments. Your partner gets a boost in confidence, increased self-worth, and the friendship and appreciation between the two of you is strengthened. If you make an effort to compliment your partner at least once a day you will also start to focus on all the good that they do, not just what they don’t do.
