5. Cheesecake Truffles
If you’re a cheesecake lover, but find a whole slice is too filling, these cheesecake truffles will rock your world. After making and freezing a Jell-O no-bake cheesecake overnight, add a topping of your choice and use a melon baller to scoop out balls of the cheesecake.
Heat up some colored chocolate melts and dip the balls into the chocolate. Drizzle with white chocolate or toss in some chopped nuts and chill until serving.
