4. Brussels Sprouts and Chorizo Beer Hash
Easily served for breakfast or lunch, this filling hash is perfect for a fall day. Brussels spouts and potatoes are boiled and then added to pan fried chorizo links. Garlic, shallots, and a cup of beer give this dish lots of flavor. The author of this recipe suggests a high-quality amber lager, but you could you any dark beer. Everything is then topped off with a fried egg with a slightly runny yolk. Delish!
