10. Holiday Tree Brownies
Cut baked chocolate brownies into triangles and transform them into mini, edible Christmas trees. Use a few drops of green food coloring in some vanilla frosting to create the decorative icing.
Pipe frosting over brownies and decorate with sprinkles and chocolate candies. Insert a small, two inch candy cane in the bottom to form the tree trunks and eat them like a normal brownie or a cake pop.
11. Hot Chocolate Cookie Cups
Are these not the cutest holiday treats you’ve ever seen? Make your own mini hot chocolate cookies by placing a tablespoon of sugar cookie dough into each cup of a mini muffin tin.
Bake for 12 to 14 minutes at 375 degrees and set aside. Whip up some chocolate ganache by stirring hot cocoa mix into boiled whipping cream and then pouring over semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Spoon the ganache into the cookie cups, top with mini marshmallows, and finish it all off by attaching a pretzel piece as a handle.
12. Christmas Vanilla Roll Cake
Roll cakes are so much fun to look at and even more fun to bake! Pour your prepared cake batter into a 17 by 12 jelly/sheet pan and bake for six to seven minutes at 450 degrees.
After it’s cooled, spread buttercream all over and roll it up into a cylindrical shape. Melt some white chocolate and pour over the top of the cake along with some sprinkles.
Slice and serve it up at your next holiday get together.
