5. They Visualize
Visualizing success has been highly popularized and with good reason. Those that visualize what success will look like for them are more likely to attain it. Even just spending a couple of minutes in the morning visualizing your day ahead and focusing on the successes you will have will greatly improve positive thinking and mental health. For longer term goals, such as completing a major project, visualize what it will look like in the end and then all the steps that you will need to achieve in order to get there.
