9. Honey Sesame Chicken
All it takes to prepare this freezer meal is seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper and making the delicious honey sesame sauce to add later. Honey, soy sauce, onion, ketchup, garlic and red pepper flakes make up the sauce, which is heated in a Crockpot with some cornstarch to thicken it up. The chicken is then combined and tossed with the sauce and served over rice or noodles. No fuss and easy peasy!
