Creating a Healthy Morning Routine

Do you grudgingly wake up each morning groggy and grumpy? Are you one to keep hitting snooze until you wake with a start and realize you’re going to be late for work?

One of the best ways to start your day and prepare your mind is to practice meditating in the morning. Put on some relaxing music that will allow your mind to focus on the here and now, including your breathing.
