Dance is a wonderful form of exercise because it allows you to move your body in a rhythmic manner through a variety of positions. People who regularly dance throughout their lives are known to have better balance and less joint issues as compared to non-dancers. Dance is also known to improve muscle strength and flexibility, while burning serious calories. Specifically, ballet and ballroom dancing are excellent forms for increasing flexibility.
