6. Streptococcal Bacteria
Streptococcal Bacteria or strep throat is spread much like the flu virus. Strep is spread by person-to-person contact, airborne droplets, or on doorknobs and other surfaces that are common in locker rooms. Generally the symptoms include throat pain, difficulty swallowing, fever, headache, and fatigue. There are 20 different strains of strep bacteria and it can even be life-threatening.
