6. Granola Bars
Granola bars and granola in general is known to be healthy, and yes, the grains themselves are healthy. But all of the added sugars and fats make it unhealthy. Think about your favorite granola bar. Does it also contain chocolate? Does it taste nice and sweet? Well you might as well be eating a candy bar, because it is full of sugar. Instead of choosing a granola bar, try a nice bowl of hot oatmeal. Your oatmeal will give you the health benefits from the oats without all of the added sugar.
